Horry County John Doe (2016)

Horry County John Doe is the name given to a man who drowned in a resort pool in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina on the 6th of February 2016.

John Doe had been seen by security at the resort earlier in the day trying to get into the same pool that he would later be found dead in. John Doe had been denied entry by the security earlier in the day because he had said he was not staying at the resort. It is not known how he managed to get into the pool later that day.

John Doe is described as being a black male between the ages of 18 and 30, weighing 175 lbs and standing at 5″8′. He had brown hair, brown eyes, a moustache and a goatee, and had a scar on the lateral aspect of his left eyebrow.

At the time of his death, he was wearing green boxer short underwear, white socks, tan pants with a brown cloth belt, yellow/gold basketball style shorts, a blue and white short-sleeved shirt, and a white long-sleeved shirt and dark grey and silver Nike low top shoes.

His death has been ruled a suspected accident.
