Lady of the Lake is a name given to an unidentified woman whose body was found in Melton Hill Lake, in Oak Ridge, Tennesee on the 6th of March 2000.
It is believed that the woman died from drowning, and police think that she may have been the victim of a homicide. They think this because she was found naked, and the temperatures were very low at the time. It is also possible that she may have drifted to Melton Hill Lake from Knox County, Tennesee.
The woman is described as being a white female, between the ages of 24-35 years old. She stood at around 5″9′, and both of her ears were pierced. Her dental health was in excellent condition, and she may have had orthodontic care in the past and she had fillings and crowns visible. Jane Doe may also have suffered from scoliosis, and it is thought that she did not have any children.
The woman’s remains are currently undergoing testing by Othram Inc to try and discover her true identity.
Do you know who she is?
